| Title |
With CCM 4.x, cannot add a phone template using the BAT tool. The error message "Error No. Path not found, Error in retrieving phone templates" is displayed. |
| Core Issue |
This issue is seen in Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) version 5.1(4a) and Cisco CallManager version 4.1(3) sr3a.
This issue is addressed in Cisco bug ID CSCse46658. |
| Resolution |
In order to resolve this issue, first try to uninstall and then reinstall BAT to see if this helps to retrieve phone templates successfully.
If you still receive the same error message, complete these steps:
- Go to the publisher Cisco CallManager server.
- Choose Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Internet Services Manager.
- On the left, there is a default website. Under your server name, expand the default website in order to display the BAT directory.
- Right-click on the BAT directory and choose Properties.
- Locate the application name at the bottom of the page.
- Click the Create tab in order to create the virtual directory.
- Click OK and then try to create a phone template in BAT again.
- Restart the IIS Admin Services. If the WWW fails, retry starting it multiple times until it starts.
- Try and access the BAT templates again.
