Title Unable to connect the Cisco VPN client to VPN 3000 Concentrator and the "received an unencrypted packet when crypto active!! Dropping packet" error message appears in the event log of Concentrator
Core issue This error message can appear if there is an incorrectly defined group name or a password.
Resolution

In order to resolve this issue, recreate the new group name and password for the VPN Client on the VPN 3000 Concentrator.
